  • Designed custom survey for members to evaluate satisfaction levels, communication, fees, projects, likelihood of renewing membership, etc.
  • Implemented web based survey membership—achieved 59% response rate
  • Facilitated session with Board of Directors to discuss findings and plan improvements

Results:

  • Changed meeting design to include more educational activities
  • Established new communication parameters for committees to increase knowledge of current activities and help required
  • Defined expected levels of involvement for members
