- Designed custom survey for members to evaluate satisfaction
levels, communication, fees, projects, likelihood of renewing
membership, etc.
- Implemented web based survey membership—achieved 59%
response rate
- Facilitated session with Board of Directors to discuss
findings and plan improvements
Results:
- Changed meeting design to include more educational
activities
- Established new communication parameters for committees to
increase knowledge of current activities and help required
- Defined expected levels of involvement for members
