- Over 20 years as a consultant designing and
delivering organizational change initiatives in sales, service,
teams, leadership, process redesign, service quality, operations
measurement, and organizational development.
- Prior to Carpe Diem, I served as an
external consultant to a number of Internationally known
consulting companies.
- I have held line and staff positions in
the federal government , Fortune 100 and privately held
corporations.
- I was awarded an Eisenhower Foundation
Fellowship and served as a U.S. Delegate to the US/China Joint
Conference on Women’s Issues in Beijing China.
