Team Works! is designed to help participants develop an
understanding of team dynamics, clarify new roles, apply a
structured approach to contracting with sponsors, learn skills for
working effectively in teams, and develop plan to monitor and
measure team efforts. The results are teams that have a clear
purpose and goals, team members.
